Matured in a mix of French and American oak, the Eagles Blood Shiraz is his ultimate expression of the Cambrian terroir displaying spectacular colour, depth and power.

A powerhouse Heathcote Shiraz that drenches the palate in rich black fruits.

Dense inky black core with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Intense aniseed and liquorice allsorts aromas are intermeshed with ripe black cherry and blackberry fruit notes followed by smoky vanillin cedar, earth and blackpepper. Boasting tremendous richness and a velvety feel, a powerhouse of liquorice, black cherry and blackberry fruit saturates the palate underscored by elements of lightly smoked vanillin cedar, earth, spicy fennel and blackpepper. Concentrated with a dense opulent texture, silky smooth yet quite structured tannins provide the framework. Finishes with exceptional length and drive.
