2015 Willow Bridge Estate Coat of Arms Cabernet Sauvignon

Matured in a combination of new (25%) and older French oak barrels. Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Lifted blackcurrant and mulberry aromatics are overlaid with cedary tobacco characters, hints of black olive and spice. Rich but tightly wound and very structured the palate has ripe blackcurrant and mulberry flavours underscored by spicy vanillin cedar, tobacco and traces of black olives. Dry finish with firm assertive tannins. Aftertaste of spicy blackcurrants, vanillin cedar, tobacco infusions and subtle earthy black olives.
