2015 Yabby Lake Vineyard Syrah

Totally opaque dark red black colour with a bright dark red hue. Showing some restraint aromas of liquorice, black cherries and faint dried clove are drawn from the glass followed by smoky cedar, dried meats and blackpepper. More forthcoming and savoury the palate shows good richness within an elegant confine. Generous liquorice, blackberry and black cherry flavours overlay a background of smoky cedar, dried meats and pepper. Very fine grained, perfectly integrated tannins. Long finish of blackberries, liquorice, dried meats, smoky cedar and blackpepper.
