2016 AAA Aaron Aardvark Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant pale straw colour with a greenish tinge to the edges and a watery hue. Herbaceous grassy aromatics intermix with citrus, unripe gooseberries, subtle asparagus and dried herb notes. Texturally rounded in the mouth the palate possesses flavours of citrus, unripe gooseberries, grassy characters, asparagus and infusions of dried herbs. Finishes dry with relatively soft but sufficient acidity. Aftertaste of citrus, grassy characters, dried herbs and asparagus.
