2016 Alamos Malbec

Totally opaque black dark red core with a bright dark red hue. Aromas of dark cherries, dark chocolate and a faint whiff of liquorice intermix with dried herbs and lightly scorched earth. Medium bodied the palate combines dark cherries with dried herb infusions, lightly scorched vanillin cedar, earth and spice. Finely grained tannins with a smooth mouthfeel and aftertaste of spicy dark cherries, dried herb infusions, scorched earth and vanillin cedar.
Cellar 3-4 years.
