2016 Allegrini Corte Giara Pinot Grigio

Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of pear and dried apples move into some citrus notes with an overlay of dried honey and a faint spicy nuttiness to finish things off. Beautifully rounded mouthfeel with flavours of pears, apples and subtle dried honey to the fore followed by a dash of spicy citrus to freshen things up on the dry finish. Well balanced acidity with an aftertaste of fresh pears, apples, citrus, subtle dried honey and spice. A delightful, easy drinking Pinot Grigio perfect for summer.
