2016 Aresti Espiritu de Chile Carmenere

Opaque dark red black tinged colour with a bright dark red hue. Inky blackcurrant and mulberry scents run into some dusty cedar, tobacco and spice notes. Medium bodied the palate possesses juicy blackcurrant and dark cherry flavours with cedary tobacco infusions and spice also present. Soft fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of dusty blackcurrant, mulberries, cedary tobacco characters and spice.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
