2016 Barringwood Estate Chardonnay

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a subtle greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Nosing reveals aromas of nectarines, fresh pears and citrus followed by some melon and spice. Light and vibrant the palate is elegantly flavoured with lemon butter, pear and citrusy nougat flavours over traces of spice on the fresh dry finish. Aftertaste of lemon butter, nectarines, citrusy nougat and light spicy cashew.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
