2016 Bass Phillip Pinot Noir Rose

Translucent hazy cherry red colour with a light crimson hue. The nose is quite fragrant with ripe red cherry and strawberry aromas intermixed with a dash of sour cherries followed by spicy dried herb end notes. Light and fresh the palate has lively flavours of red cherries, strawberries and raspberries over some sour cherry infusions and a touch of spice. Bright acidity with an aftertaste of red and sour cherries, strawberries, raspberries and faint spice.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
