2016 Harvest Moon Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts. Lifted passionfruit top notes interplay with herbaceous gooseberries and lime followed by some grassy end notes. Vibrant flavours of passionfruit and herbaceous gooseberries show good concentration with underlying grassy and citrusy mineral characters. Crisp acidity finishing with an aftertaste of passionfruit, herbaceous grassy gooseberries and citrusy mineral.
