2016 Holm Oak Chardonnay

Produced with full barrel fermentation utilising 20% new oak and 100% wild fermentation.
Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Lifted white peach aromas tinged with a hint of apricot are followed by dried honey, light biscuity nougat and citrus. Light in body with a fresh elegant feel the palate is delicately flavoured with peaches, traces of apricot and dried honey over subtle biscuit and citrusy nougat elements. There’s a mild creaminess to the mid palate, finishing dry with vibrant fresh acidity. Aftertaste of white peaches, traces of apricot, dried honey, biscuity nougat and spicy citrus.
