2016 Lost Farm Pinot Noir Chardonnay Sparkling

A frothy white mousse of medium hold sits atop a pale straw coloured base that’s finely threaded by a persistent stream of tiny bubbles. Baked bread, citrus and yeast lees aromas mix with hints of pear and brioche. Gently creamy and airy in its feel the palate sports a flavour profile of pear and citrus fruits over a baked apple, yeast lees and brioche back drop. Finishes dry with mouth watering acidity and a long refined aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
