2016 Mad Fish Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot

Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. Lifted aromas of ripe red currant and mulberry partner with cedary tobacco characters and spicy dried herbs. Medium bodied flavours of red currant and spicy mulberries sit over cedary tobacco characters and earthy dried herbs. Slightly dryish finish with fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of red currant, mulberry, cedar, spicy tobacco and dried herbs.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
