2016 One Block Pinot Gris

Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Pronounced ripe pear and rose petal aromas are intermixed with baked apple and honeysuckle followed by hints of quince. Rich and textured the palate has generous flavours of ripe pears and baked apples overlaid by traces of musk and honeysuckle with a dry spicy finish. Good balanced acidity with a spicy aftertaste of ripe pears, baked apples, musk infusions and subtle honeysuckle.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
