2016 Pascal et Nicolas Reverdy Terre de Maimbray Sancerre

Brilliant very pale straw, almost water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts. Aromas of fresh lime and green apples with a light herbaceous grassy overlay are followed by light stony notes and fresh herbs. Light, snappy palate elegantly flavoured with limes and granny smith apples followed by some herbaceous grassy lemon characters, wet stone, mineral and faint fresh herb infusions. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and an aftertaste of fresh limes, green apples, subtle herbaceous grassy characters and stony mineral. A light minerally Sancerre.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
