2016 Schloss Reinhartshausen Riesling Dry

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. The nose displays scents of fresh lime and red apple intermixed with citrusy honeysuckle like notes followed by some flinty mineral characters. The palate has a zippy freshness to it with flavours of lime and red apples overlaid by citrusy honeysuckle characters finishing dry with racy acidity and infusions of flinty mineral. Aftertaste of limes, red apples, citrusy honeysuckle and flinty mineral.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
