Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges. Lifted passionfruit top notes are followed by ripe limes, a subtle grassiness and fresh herb end notes. Possessing good concentration and a rounded textural feel the palate features flavours of passionfruit, green apples and limes over grassy fresh herb infusions. Lively dry finish with an aftertaste of passionfruit, green apples, limes and fresh herb infusions.
