2016 Tutiac Origines Au Pin Merlot

Deep black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Red to dark currant aromas intermingle with earth, old cedar, leather and spice. The elegant mid weighted palate sees red currant and mulberry fruit fade through the back half to leave tertiary characters of earth, old cedar, black olive and leather in its wake. Drying, slightly chalky tannins with a mid length conclusion dominated by tertiary elements.
