2016 Vincent Pinard Flores Sancerre

Brilliant pale straw colour with a light greenish tinge to the edges and a watery hue. Pronounced lime top notes overlay green apple and fresh herbs followed by a subtle grassiness and citrusy wet stone like notes. Generous lime and green apple flavours adorn the palate which has a rounded pebble stone like mouthfeel. Finishes dry with citrus, fresh herbs and a stony minerality. Vibrant acidity with a fresh herb laced aftertaste of lime, green apple, wet stone, citrus and a light grassiness.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
