2016 White Stripes Pinot Grigio

Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Ripe pear and Jonathan apple scents run into some honeysuckle and spice. The palate has a rounded feel and is quite full in the mouth with ripe pear and apple flavours dominate over infusions of honeysuckle with a dry spicy finish. Good balanced acidity with aftertaste of spicy pears, ripe apples and honeysuckle. A ripe, fuller style of Pinot Grigio.

First Tasted 23/03/2017: Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of pear and ripe red apples intermix with hints of Turkish delight, some musk and spice. Quite full and round texturally the palate is filled with ripe pear and apple flavours subtlety infused with Turkish delight and honeysuckle with a dry spicy finish. Aftertaste of pears, ripe apples and spicy honeysuckle. A tasty riper styled Pinot Grigio,
