2016 Yalumba Organic Chardonnay

Certified organic. Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of apricot and melon are followed by subtle beeswax and spice notes. Texturally round and creamy with a fresh finish and vibrant acidity the palate has flavours of ripe peaches and apricots over subtle dried honey infusions and spice. Clean dry finish with an aftertaste of ripe peaches, apricots, dried honey and spice.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
