2017 Alessandro Grillo Vigna di Mandranova

Made from 100% Grillo grapes. Brilliant pale straw core with a distinctive tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. The nose displays aromas of limes infused with fresh herbs followed by green apple and spicy citrus notes. Light and fresh the palate is decorated with spicy lime and green apple flavours which sit over a herby citrus and slatey mineral back drop. There’s some zip and tang to the dry finish that has refreshing acidity and a medium length aftertaste.
