2017 Babich Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green to the outskirts. Pronounced aromatics of passionfruit, ripe gooseberry and citrus rise from the glass with subtle herbaceous grassy end notes. Light in body with a zesty feel the palate has flavours of ripe gooseberries tinged with traces of passionfruit followed by citrus and some herbaceous grassy characters on the dry finish. Refreshing acidity with an aftertaste of ripe gooseberries, citrus and herbaceous grassy characters.
