Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts. Intense lime, citrus and orange rind aromas overlay chalky talc and light mineral notes. Racy lime and citrus flavours dominate the palate with orange, talc and mineral elements also chiming in. Dry finish with crunchy fresh acidity. Aftertaste of lime, citrus, orange rind and talcy mineral characters.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
