2017 Bent Creek Old Bush Vine Grenache

Aged for 15 months in second and third fill oak barriques. Deep dark red black core with a brick red hue. A liquorice and spearmint laced nose also sees elements of choc mint and vanillin cedar present. Juicy dark raspberry and liquorice flavours are pretty much overwhelmed by prominent infusions of spearmint. Choc mint, lightly earthed vanillin cedar and traces of spice ensue. Velvet smooth tannins with a mint dominated aftertaste.
Drink it over the next 2-3 years.
