2017 Bindi Kostas Rind Chardonnay

Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish highlights around the outskirts and a watery hue. Pronounced ripe white peach and nectarine aromas laced with dried honey are followed by some flinty matchstick like notes, citrusy nougat and hints of biscuit. Medium weight with a minerally freshness coursing through its veins and subtle creaminess to the mid palate, flavours of white peaches, citrus and nectarines are underpinned by flinty characters, lightly roasted biscuit and nougat. The richness building incrementally across the palate. Dry vibrant finish with brisk acidity. Concludes with white peaches, nectarines, subtle dried honey, gun flint and traces of biscuity nougat.
