Certified Organic. Deep dark red black tinged colour with a dark red hue. Freshly crushed dark cherry and red liquorice aromas infused with dried herbs are trailed by earth and vanillin spice notes. Light in body with a juicy and very fresh feel the palate sees dark cherry and plum fruits mix with a touch of liquorice, earthy dried herbs and spice. Bright underlying acidity with slightly chewy tannins and a moderate aftertaste.
Cellar 3-4 years.

Certified organic. Deep dark red core with black tinged edges and a vibrant dark red hue. Freshly crushed aromas of red fruits mix with hints of liquorice, incense and fresh herbs. Light, juicy and bright the palate is flavoured with red raspberries and ripe cherries which intermingle with earthy incense like characters and spice. Fresh crunchy like finish with a youthful chalkiness to the tannins. Moderate to medium length aftertaste. A light, vibrant, red fruited quaffer.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
