2017 Blue Pyrenees Estate Section One Shiraz

Matured for 24 months in French and American oak barriques. Totally opaque inky black core with a bright dark red black tinged hue. Inviting aromas of blackberry and spearmint are followed by a touch of liquorice, vanillin cedar and spice. Medium bodied the palate has juicy blueberry and liquorice fruits intertwined with spearmint over vanillin cedar, earth and spice. Slightly dryish finish with fine grained tannins, youthful acidity and a medium length aftertaste.
