2017 Catena Chardonnay

Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Elevated peach, nectarine and dried honey aromas intermingle with spicy toasted oak. Rich and full in the mouth the creamy textured palate boasts generous fleshy peach, nectarine and honeycomb flavours which sit over a back drop of toasty dried clove like characters and spicy nougat. Finishes dry with balanced acidity and an aftertaste of spicy ripe peaches, nectarine, light honeycomb, toasty dried clove characters and traces of nougat.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
