Other Reviews....
Post-bottling sulfur presently dominates the underlying fruit so give this a quick aeration if you're going to crack a bottle before a year has gone by. Otherwise there is excellent energy to the delicious, racy and saline-inflected flavors that terminate in a clean, dry and linear finish. Despite the difficult nose, this offers fine potential as an ageworthy Bourgogne.

Allen Meadows - Burghound

Offering up aromas of fresh peach, grapefruit, wheat toast and nutmeg, Sauzet's 2017 Bourgogne Blanc is medium-bodied, satiny-textured and open-knit, with ripe acids, moderate concentration and a stony finish. It's creditable enough, but it represents an appreciable step down from the qualitative level attained by the domaine's communal-and-higher appellation bottlings this year.
