2017 Fallen Giants Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red black tinged hue. Nosing offers up red to blackcurrant aromas alongside a faint whiff of blueberry. Cedary tobacco notes, earthy fresh herbs and spice ensue. Medium bodied with a classic cool climate feel the palate dishes up flavours of ripe red currants tinged with blueberry sitting over a back drop of cedary tobacco characters, light earth and spicy herbs. Finishes with bright youthful acidity, dryish but well integrated tannins and a medium to long aftertaste.
