2017 Fox Gordon by George Tempranillo

Aged in old French oak puncheons. Deep dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Lifted ripe black cherry and liquorice aromas are interwoven with leather, scorched earth and spice. Full bodied with a very ripe textural feel, the palate features flavours of black cherry and liquorice which morph into earthy leather characters, dried herbs and spice on the back half. Chewy tannins with a lush medium length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
