2018 Furlan Conegliano Valdobbiadene Millesimato Prosecco Superiore

From the Conegliano Valdobbiadene zone. A good frothy mousse sits over a pale straw coloured base that’s delicately threaded by a steady stream of tiny bubbles that impart a light airy feel. Aromas of pear intermix with baked apple, hints of citrus, dried honey and subtle toast. Very flavoursome the palate is decorated with ripe pear and baked apple characters which are underpinned by citrus and traces of toast. Clean dry finish with a medium to long pear, baked apple, citrus and light toast aftertaste.
