The 2017 Riesling Kirchberg VDP Grosse Lage displays a golden-yellow color and a deep, intense and crystalline bouquet of perfectly ripe and concentrated fruits. This is a full-bodied, lush and fruity dry Riesling with an elegant, mouth-filling texture and a vibrating mineral tension and long-lasting salinity. This is firmly structured, with lovely bitters in the finish and grapefruit flavors in the aftertaste. Tasted during the preview of the GG wines in Wiesbaden in August 2018.

Another rather yeasty 2017 from here. The peach, pomelo and green-chili aromas are just beginning to emerge. However, on the palate it's already succulent and racy with an intense wet-stone character at the long finish. From organically grown grapes. Fair'n Green certified. Drink or hold. Screw cap.
