2017 Hirsch Hill Estate Shiraz

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of liquorice and black cherries are overlaid by smoked dried meats, black olive and blackpepper notes. Elegant and medium bodied, the palate has a savoury flavour profile of liquorice, black cherries, smoky cedar, dried meats, black olive and blackpepper. Slightly dryish finish with fine, polished tannins, balanced acidity and a medium length conclusion.
