2017 Isola Augusta Prosecco Millesimato Brut

A nicely balanced mousse dissipates to reveal a pale straw coloured base which is finely threaded by a persistent bead. Lifted aromas of ripe peach and tropical fruits mix with baked apple and subtle spicy quince like notes. Soft, mildly creamy feel with fresh peach and juicy apple fruits filling the mouth over a back drop of quince and light baked characters. Crisp dry finish with a pillowy, medium length aftertaste.
