2017 Lambert Estate The Commitment Shiraz

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Prominent liquorice and choc mint aromas mix with blackberry and dark plum followed by some vanillin oak and spice. Plush and rich with velvety tannins, the full bodied palate is awash with liquorice, choc mint and ripe plum fruits which overlay lightly toasted vanillin cedar and spice. Long, fleshy aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
