2017 Mesta Tempranillo

Deep dark red colour with a purple hue. Fruity, just crushed ripe cherry and raspberry aromas meld into earthy incense like notes and spicy dried herbs. The light to medium weight palate has juicy dark cherry, plum and liquorice flavours over inky earth and spice. Fleshy feel with slightly dryish tannins, youthful acidity and a medium length finish. An easy drinking quaffer.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
