2017 Mount Edward Gruner Veltliner

Certified organic. Brilliant pale straw colour with tinges of green around the edges and a watery hue. Elevated green apple and lime aromas infused with fresh herbs are followed by some slatey mineral notes. The intensely flavoured palate is flooded with pear, green apple and lime fruits which are underscored by crisp acidity. Infusions of fresh herbs, a dash of white pepper and wet slate the back drop. Nicely rounded mid palate finishing dry with a long racy aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
