2017 Picardy Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with black tinged edges and a light brick red hue. Pretty violet, red cherry and red strawberry scents show good intensity with dried herb, forest floor and spicy cedar notes also chiming in. Bright, elegant and very supple in the mouth, savoury red cherry and strawberry fruits glide across the palate underscored by elements of dried herbs, forest floor, dusty cedar and spice. Polished tannins and finely balanced acidity lead into a charming aftertaste of medium length.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
