2017 St Huberts The Stag Pinot Noir

Deep bright dark red colour with black tinged edges and a vibrant crimson red hue. Showing good aromatic lift the nose features freshly crushed berry aromas of dark raspberries, strawberries and ripe cherries over some inky earth like characters with spice end notes. The fruity palate is filled with juicy raspberry and cherry flavours underpinned by inky earth like nuances finishing spicy with bright acidity. Slightly dryish but balanced tannins. Aftertaste of spicy raspberries, ripe cherries and earthy cedar.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
