2017 Stage Door Wine Co. White Note Gruner Veltliner

Matured for 3 months in a French oak barrique. Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts. Top notes of lime interact with pear and subtle orange blossom followed by some flinty mineral characters. The palate has a nicely rounded textural feel with flavours of lime, pears and traces of lychee over some delicate musk infusions. Finishes with crisp acidity and some flinty mineral characters. Aftertaste of lime, pear, subtle lychee and flinty mineral.
Delightful drinking over the next 1-2 years.
