2017 Talinga Park Pinot Noir

Semi translucent very dark red colour with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. Lifted ripe dark cherry and dark plum aromas are overlaid by anise. Toasty cedar and spicy forest floor notes follow on. Softy textured the palate is generously flavoured with ripe cherries, dark plums and anise which sit over a back drop of forest floor characters and spicy cedar. Velvet smooth tannins with a savoury medium length conclusion.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
