2017 Tout Pres By Farr Pinot Noir

Includes 100% whole bunch fruit. Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. Intensely fragrant the nose possesses a strong whole bunch element with dried clove, red to dark cherry, dried herb, smoky stalky like cedar, some meatiness, forest floor and spice scents. Beautifully balanced and concentrated, the palate has much more fruit purity than the nose, the whole bunch characters not nearly as prominent. Very supple in its mouthfeel the palate is decorated with delicious red to dark cherry and red currant fruits which overlay subtle infusions of dried clove, forest floor, meaty characters, vanillin cedar and spicy dried herbs. Velvet smooth tannins yet quite structural underneath. Superb power with a very long and savoury aftertaste.
