2017 Trimbach Pinot Blanc

Bright straw colour with a subtle tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Lifted ripe pear and spicy Jonathan apple aromas mix with hints of dried honey and wet slate. Rich, fleshy pear and red apple fruits drizzled in honey possess a texturally rounded mouth filling feel. Quince and slatey mineral characters lie underneath. Finishes dry with brisk acidity and a deliciously ripe yet stony mineral infused aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
