2017 Wise Reserve Semillon Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts. Herbaceous grassy asparagus top notes overlay citrus, light pencil shavings and spicy capsicum. Ripe gooseberry and a dash of passionfruit intermix with asparagus, herbaceous grassy characters and some light capsicum in the background. Finishes dry, fresh and crisp with a medium to long aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
