Brilliant very pale straw colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Fresh white peach and nectarine aromas meld with subtle dried honey characters, lemon butter, nougat and spice. Rich fleshy white peach, nectarine and dried honey flavours create a creamy textural feel underscored by notions of toasty oak, nougat and spicy lemon butter. Finishes dry with good freshness and a medium length aftertaste.
