2018 Barringwood Classic Cuvee

Barringwood Vineyard, established in 1993, located in central northern Tasmania, boasts one of the longest growing seasons in Tasmania.
Barringwood’s 2018 Classic Cuvee is made from handpicked fruit from their original Lower Barrington vineyard, where vines up to 30 years old overlook the Don Valley and Bass Strait. The mild growing season helps retain the natural acidity essential for premium sparkling wines. The 2018 vintage is a blend of 45% Pinot Noir, 42% Chardonnay, and 13% Pinot Meunier.
