2018 Bernard Defaix Chablis

Bright pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Fresh pear and lime scents combine with green apple, slate and flinty mineral notes. Crunchy pear and lime flavours sit over light dried honey, wet slate and minerally oyster shell like characters. Nicely rounded pebble stone like mouthfeel finishing dry with brisk acidity and an elegant aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
