2018 Castellari Bergaglio Fornaci Gavi Magnum (1500ml)

Made from Cortese grapes. Brilliant very pale straw colour with a distinctive tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of limes and green apples meld into some green pear, fresh herb and mineral notes. The spiritly palate sees green apple and lime fruit dominate over infusions of fresh herbs. Finishes dry and minerally with lively acidity leading into a refreshing aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
